Fractional CO2 laser

Fractional laser resurfacing or fractional resurfacing is an innovative method of non-surgical skin lifting and improvement of all its structures, which allows you to get a pronounced rejuvenating effect even in one procedure. The impact is based on the DOT technology - dermal optical thermolysis, that is, strictly dosed point evaporation of tissues to a given depth. How is the procedure

Working Principle of CO2 Fractional Laser

The operation of the laser on the skin occurs according to the principle of thermo-optical exposure (thermal effect, thermocoagulation, thermal ablation and superthermal ablation). The French CO2 laser refers to thermal ablation.

How does fractional CO2 laser work on our skin?

The CO2 laser works with a long wave beam - 10600 nanometers. This wavelength is absorbed by water in the skin (by the way, the target of the laser is water in the tissues, so if you want to get the best result, you can do gas-liquid peeling before CO2 treatment) and penetrates to the dermis, there are many microchannels inside the skin. And around the microchannel there is a certain thermal coagulation and a massive thermal effect.
