Fractional laser resurfacing or fractional rejuvenation is based on the DOT technology - dermal optical thermolysis, that is, the evaporation of tissues by a laser beam is strictly dosed to a predetermined depth. Laser resurfacing of the face with a CO2 laser is easily performed on any type of skin and allows you to achieve the desired result and solve a number of aesthetic skin defects.

The effect of the laser on the skin occurs according to the principle of thermo-optical action (thermal effect, thermocoagulation, thermal and superthermal ablation). Fractional CO2 laser refers to thermal ablation.

Collagen in the clotting state is different from the contraction state - cells and surrounding tissues lose activity, inflammation appears, which stimulates the mechanism of wound healing in our skin. This process begins to actively stimulate the fibroblast to release more new collagen to restore and rejuvenate the skin. Thanks to this process, the number of new collagen fibers in the skin increases, as well as the basic structure of the dermis improves. The layer of our dermal mesh is the frame structure of the skin, and after its improvement, we get the desired effect: wrinkles disappear, the skin becomes smooth and tender, a healthy even complexion appears, lifting becomes toned and pronounced.

  • 3Thermal ablation

When the temperature reaches 300 degrees, thermal coagulation, a thermal effect and gasification begin to occur in the tissues, that is, the molecular structure is disturbed. All three processes indicate a triple thermo-optical effect. It is the combined use of this combination that gives the best results. With the help of thermal ablation: firstly, it is possible to remove pigmentation and blood vessels on the surface of the skin. Second, create additional microchannels. This will significantly improve the skin's ability to absorb cosmetics.

The CO2 laser works with a beam, the wavelength is 10600 nanometers. This wavelength is absorbed by water in the skin and penetrates into the dermis.
